By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2 Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Full name, email address, mobile number, and password (stored as a bcrypt hash — never as plain text).
  • Financial Data: Deposit/withdrawal amounts, payment method references (e.g. UPI ID, bank account last 4 digits), and transaction history. We do not store full card numbers or banking credentials.
  • Identity Documents: For KYC verification, you may submit government-issued ID copies. These are stored securely and used solely for identity verification.
  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and interaction timestamps collected automatically for security and analytics purposes.
  • Referral Data: Your unique referral code and the accounts registered through it.

3 How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account and wallets
  • To process deposits, investment activations, ROI distributions, and withdrawal requests
  • To verify your identity and comply with applicable regulations
  • To detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and abuse
  • To send transactional notifications (ROI credited, withdrawal processed, etc.)
  • To improve platform performance and user experience

4 Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

  • Payment Processors: To facilitate deposits and withdrawals. These partners process transactions under their own privacy policies and are contractually bound to protect your data.
  • Legal Compliance: If required by law, court order, or a regulatory authority.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred — you will be notified in advance.

5 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including bcrypt password hashing (cost factor 12), JWT-based session tokens, encrypted database connections, and role-separated authentication systems. Only authorised administrators can access privileged platform data.

Despite these measures, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.

6 Data Retention

We retain your account and transaction data for a minimum of 5 years to comply with financial record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your personal profile at any time — however, technical transaction logs may be retained for legal compliance purposes.

7 Your Rights

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data via your Profile settings
  • Request deletion of your account and personal data (subject to retention obligations)
  • Withdraw consent for optional data processing

8 Cookies & Tracking

We use session cookies required for authentication and security. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell your browsing behaviour to advertisers.

9 Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

This Risk Disclosure Statement is intended to ensure you understand the nature and extent of your exposure to risk when participating in the AeroWealth investment platform. Please read this document carefully before making any investment decision.

2 Nature of Returns

AeroWealth offers fixed daily return-on-investment (ROI) plans based on your invested principal. While the platform aims to deliver the stated ROI for the full plan duration, stated returns are projections and not guarantees. Past performance of any plan does not guarantee identical future results.

3 Capital Risk

Investing on AeroWealth carries risk of loss. You should only invest funds that you can afford to lose without affecting your lifestyle or financial obligations. We strongly advise against:

  • Using borrowed money or credit for investments
  • Investing funds required for essential living expenses
  • Concentrating all savings in a single plan or platform

4 Regulatory Risk

Digital investment platforms may be subject to changing regulations in your jurisdiction. Changes in law or regulatory enforcement could affect platform operations, withdrawal availability, or the continuity of investment plans.

5 Technology Risk

Like all internet-based platforms, AeroWealth may be subject to technical outages, cyber-attacks, system failures, or errors. While we employ security best practices, no platform is entirely immune to these risks.

6 Liquidity Risk

Investments in an active plan cannot be cancelled mid-term. Your capital is committed for the plan's full duration. ROI and available wallet balances can be withdrawn at any time, subject to minimum withdrawal limits and processing times.

7 Referral Income Risk

Multi-level referral commission income depends on the investment activity of your network. Referral income is variable and not guaranteed. Building a network requires effort and carries its own considerations under applicable financial promotion regulations in your region.

8 Acknowledgement

By creating an account and making investments on AeroWealth, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the risks outlined in this disclosure. If you are uncertain about any aspect of this disclosure, please seek independent financial advice before investing.

1 Overview

AeroWealth processes deposits and investment activations promptly. Due to the real-time nature of investment plans and ROI distribution, our refund policy is necessarily restricted. Please review the terms below carefully before making a deposit.

2 Deposits

Approved deposits are credited directly to your main wallet and are available immediately for investment. Once a deposit has been approved by our admin team:

  • Deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your wallet.
  • If a deposit was processed in error (e.g., duplicate payment by a technical fault), contact support within 24 hours with transaction proof. Such cases will be reviewed individually.
  • Deposits rejected by the admin are not credited and the funds remain with the sender. Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect back depending on your payment method.

3 Active Investments

Once an investment plan has been activated from your wallet:

  • The plan cannot be cancelled before its duration completes.
  • ROI accrued up to the point of any dispute will be considered earned and non-refundable.
  • In exceptional platform-side error cases (e.g., incorrect plan activation), please contact support immediately.

4 Withdrawals

Approved withdrawal requests are processed to your designated bank account, UPI ID, or crypto wallet. Once a withdrawal is marked as approved:

  • It cannot be reversed on the AeroWealth side.
  • If funds are not received within 5 business days of approval, contact support with your withdrawal ID.

5 Erroneous Transactions

If you believe a transaction on your account occurred without your authorisation or due to a platform error, contact us immediately at support@aerowealth.com with your account email, the transaction ID, and a description of the issue. We aim to investigate and respond within 48 business hours.

6 Account Closure

If you choose to close your account, any remaining balance in your main, ROI, or referral wallets can be withdrawn before closure, subject to standard withdrawal minimums and processing. Funds locked in active plans will be released at plan completion.
