Service

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AeroWealth platform (the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

2 Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorised use of your account at support@aerowealth.com

Each individual may maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts. You may not transfer or sell your account to any third party.

3 Eligibility

The Service is not intended for use by residents of jurisdictions where investment services of this nature are prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the Service complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. AeroWealth makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in all locations.

4 Investments & Plans

By activating an investment plan, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Plan terms (duration, ROI percentage, minimum/maximum investment) are clearly stated at time of activation and are binding.
  • Plans cannot be cancelled, paused, or modified after activation.
  • Daily ROI is credited to your ROI wallet each business day the plan is active.
  • Principal capital is returned to your main wallet upon plan maturity.
  • AeroWealth reserves the right to modify available plans for new investments — active plans are not affected.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

  • All deposits are manually reviewed and approved by an administrator. Approval times may vary.
  • Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum balance requirements and processing times as stated in your dashboard.
  • Deposits and withdrawals are governed by the Refund Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
  • We reserve the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security or compliance review purposes.

6 Referral Programme

AeroWealth operates a multi-level referral commission system. By participating, you agree that:

  • Referral commissions are earned only when a referred user makes an active investment.
  • Commission rates are set by AeroWealth and may be adjusted for future referrals with notice.
  • Artificial referral activities (self-referrals, fake accounts, referral manipulation) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

7 Prohibited Activities

When using the Service, you must not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service or its related systems
  • Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
  • Submit false or misleading information to AeroWealth or its administrators
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code into the Service
  • Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse AeroWealth staff or other users

8 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials comprising the AeroWealth Service — including the name, logo, visual design, and underlying code — are the exclusive intellectual property of AeroWealth. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal investment purposes only.

9 Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AeroWealth makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service. Investment projections stated on the platform are targets, not guarantees.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AeroWealth and its officers, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

AeroWealth reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms or any applicable law
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity
  • Failure to pass identity verification when required
  • Any action that harms the platform, other users, or AeroWealth

Upon termination, any remaining withdrawable balance will be released to you after a security review, unless forfeited due to a violation.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial arbitration rules.
